Sow ’n Sow was dreamt up by founder Michelle Brady combining her love of gardening and flair for design back in 2010. Each gift of seeds pack features a beautiful design made by a talented Australian artist.
These gifts are enjoyed for months as they blossom and grow and are packaged in fully compostable and recyclable card. The seeds inside are non-hybrid, open pollinated, non GMO varieties sourced from reputable suppliers both within Australia and abroad.
Each gift is packaged in Australia made recycled paper envelopes with a brown kraft envelope for mailing. These are also produced in Australia on 100% recycled paper.
Chamomile is a herb with a white daisy-like flower and yellow centre which has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for a range of health conditions. These include improved sleep, digestive health, as well as being high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It is also well known for its soothing effects and for being a gentle relaxant. Chamomile produces a pleasant apple scent with its abundance of flowers. To make a tea, simply gather the flowers and infuse them in hot water. Many people enjoy chamomile tea as a caffeine free alternative to black or green tea.
