- How to dispose of your bamboo toothbrush: shave off the bristles or removed them with pliers. The handle can be commercially composed and will take 6 months to break down. You can use your home compost but bear in mind it will take time to decompose. You can also upcycle it and use the brush for cleaning reusable coffee mug lids or for arts and crafts.
- How to label your bamboo toothbrush: as all these brushes look the same if you have more than one in a household you might get them mixed up. We recommend you write you name of place a dot of marker or paint on the end so you can tell which brush is yours. Get creative!
